Continuous Improvement Associates (CI Associates) was started by Dr. Doug Grove.  Dr. Grove's expertise is in the areas of program evaluation, data driven decision making, and classroom assessment. CI Associates provides high quality evaluation, consultation, and professional development services to non-profit and government agencies.  In addition, CI Associates has access to a cadre of consultants who come from various walks of life, hold advanced degrees, and are experts in their field.
